Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for our clients, we maintain the following booking policy: -Consultation Fee – A non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited toward the cost of your project should you choose to proceed with our services. -Rescheduling – Clients may reschedule their consultation with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. With proper notice, the consultation fee will be applied to the new appointment date. -Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. -No-Shows – Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice will result in the full consultation fee being forfeited. -Project Credit – If services are retained following the consultation, the consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward the final invoice.
